Equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay, C301 is a perfect getaway place for a couple or for a small family.
The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.
A shared outdoor entertaining area includes BBQ grills, a large palapa with sinks, mini fridges, ice makers, and an infinity-edged pool with a swim up bar. Plenty of outdoor seating for dining and relaxing and only a short walk to a quiet, pristine beach. Â CDC cleaning standards.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
Guest bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Partial ocean view.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Available for long term rentals
Max occupancy - 4 people.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
