The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.
The common areas are very open with lush landscaping, one of the most phenomenal infinity pools in all of Los Cabos, Jacuzzi, a gas BBQ, palapa bar, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a fire-pit. The condo is located approximately 500 feet to a beautiful white sand beach that is very private, quiet and great for relaxing. There is so much to see and do in Los Cabos and more specifically the area known as La Laguna. The perfect location for outdoor adventure, fun, or simply relaxing. CDC cleaning standards. Â
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Pool and ocean view.
Guest bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a shared full bathroom. Partial Ocean View.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 6 people.
A minimum of 5 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
